Given that you will be interacting with your contractor throughout the duration of the project, and the end product is a reflection of that interaction, you may want to consider a contractor based within your region. Don’t hesitate to inquire about references. it’s a very important point. Ask for key references and in follow-up, we recommend that you test the reference to ensure that they have played a key role working with the supplier in a relatively recent project. Inquire about on-time delivery, quality and over-runs. |
